Origin & Fresh-Locking Technology
These red shrimp are wild-caught in the unpolluted cold deep Atlantic waters off southern Argentina. They grow naturally on natural plankton without any artificial farming or artificial feed. Adopting on-board blast freezing technology, the prawns are ultra-low temperature frozen immediately after being caught at sea to lock in original ocean sweetness completely, avoiding flavor loss and mushy texture caused by repeated freezing on land. Net weight: 2 kilograms, premium L1 large size, ideal for home feasts and western restaurant cooking.
